As a rule, the items available online follow the same discount table applicable to physical stores, except for exceptional campaigns in the online channel or in certain physical sales channels.

To take advantage of the discount, you must enter the code that was sent to the email entered in the registration, before finalizing your order.
After registration, this code has one year of validity to be applied only on the first purchase.

Campaigns limited to existing stock

In specific campaigns or in times of greater volume of orders, such as "Black Month" or during festive seasons, orders may suffer a delay in shipping (leaving our center), remaining in the "In Separation" or "In Transit" status for longer than planned. Superdecor also warns that during those peak times, it may redirect orders to other carriers in order to fulfill your orders in a shorter period of time.
For pre-sale products, the dates in question are forecasts. Although Superdecor tries to guarantee as much as possible the reliability of the dates in question, there may occasionally be changes due to issues beyond Superdecor's control. We advise you to regularly check the page(s) of the product(s) in question to stay informed about possible changes or contact our customer service.
The online store reserves the right not to accept or cancel orders when it finds that they were placed due to a spelling error, incorrect price or incorrect product identification or any other computer error on the website or any related channel, not being linked to any promotion or offer resulting from error or mistake.
Superdecor reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to suspend or cancel any campaign if circumstances require it.
